Routevara is a DDoS protection and network security provider. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this website or our protection services, how we use it and how to reach us.
What we collect
Website forms. Name, email, Telegram handle, company, website, traffic volume, current provider and the contents of any message you send us.
Service operations. When you route traffic through Routevara, we process IP headers, packet metadata, attack signatures and operational logs strictly to deliver protection.
Site analytics. Aggregated, privacy-respecting page analytics. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking.
How we use it
Form submissions are used to reply to your request and onboard your service. Operational data is used to detect and mitigate attacks and to improve filtering profiles.
Retention
Form submissions are retained for the duration of our commercial relationship plus a reasonable archival window. Operational logs are retained only as long as needed to support active mitigation, billing and abuse response.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share information with carriers, upstream providers and law-enforcement only when required by contract or law.
Your rights
