Terms of Service

Routevara provides DDoS protection and network security services. Specific commercial terms — capacity, SLA, scope, deployment — are covered by individual customer agreements.

Customers must not use Routevara services to perform, facilitate or conceal:

• Network attacks against third parties.

• Hosting of malware, phishing, child sexual abuse material or other content that is illegal in the jurisdictions where we operate.

• Unsolicited bulk messaging.

• Activity that violates the terms of upstream carriers or interconnection partners.

We may suspend or terminate service for material breach without notice when needed to protect the network.

You are responsible for the content you transit, for legal compliance in your jurisdiction and for keeping access credentials secure.

We operate filtering capacity across multiple regions. Specific regions, capacity and routing are subject to change to maintain protection and uptime.

Except as set out in a separate signed agreement, Routevara services are provided on a best-effort basis. We do not provide implied warranties beyond what is required by law.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated to active customers.
